New Haven County resident Garrette Cruz, 22, of Waterbury, who is considered a highly-functioning man with autism went missing around 11:50 a.m., Sunday, July 23 from Rumford Street in Waterbury.
According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, Curz is described as being 6-foot-6 with a thin build and blonde hair.
He was last seen wearing a maroon and gold jersey with the Number 10 on it and pink shorts.
